National Form Inc. warrants that the products delivered hereunder will fit the purpose for which such goods are used, if used under normal construction conditions and service, they will be free from defects in workmanship or materials under such use for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Should any above defects appear within one year after the date of shipment. National Form Inc. agrees, upon prompt notification thereof and confirmation that the product has been stored, installed and maintained in accordance with recommendations of National Form Inc., to correct the detects by either repairing the defective product or (at National Form Inc.'s option) by a replacement. The foregoing shall constitute Purchaser's exclusive remedy and a fulfillment of all Seller's liability with respect to its products.
 

Limitations. The foregoing general warranties and the remedies provided for breach thereof are exclusive. All other warranties
whether express or implied or arising by operation of law, course of dealings, usage of trade or otherwise arc excluded. The only
warranties are those expressed above and there are no implied warranties or merchantability of fitness for purpose. National Form Inc. shall not be liable for any penalty or for any special or consequential damages such as loss of profits or revenue, downtime costs, costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of its products or claims of third parties against the Purchaser.
