- National Form has a library of instruction
forms. Whether you need help with the
installation of a column cover complete with
capital and base or a dome with multiple
pieces, National Form has the information
you need and will forward it to you.
- Just give us a call and the information
will be sent to you.
- This information is reserved for
installers of National Form products.
- In the future National Form will make this
information available to our Sales Reps and
Installers via our website in PDF format
complete with catalogue numbers. |

Does National Form have published price
lists? |
|
|
|
- National Form does not provide a standard
price list due to the vast variety of
products, shapes and materials that we
produce. Where the mould is a stock item the
price is related to the volume of product to
be made to fill the order. Where the mould
is to be created for production then this
cost is assessed as part of the selling
price. Thus, as a custom manufacturer, we do
not publish a standard price list.
- Uniquely at National Form however, we do
answer the phone and will respond very
quickly to your pricing needs. Just call us
and see. |

Does National Form manufacture at the Head
Office? |
|
|
|
- National Form manufactures, not only at
our head office but at two other sites as
well. We manufacture all of the product we
sell and we do not sub-contract any of our
work, regardless of the project.
- National Form warrantees all work for 1
year – see our warrantee statement. |

Does National Form Design? |
|
|
|
- National Form has a laboratory on premise
in order to improve and experiment with the
various products that we manufacture already
and to test out the viability of new
products that we create. This work is for
our own benefit initially and eventually our
customers through the finished products we
provide.
- National Form does not design for
customers; rather we assist you to pick out
the best possible product for your
application through the use of our showroom. |

Does National Form carry stock of its
product line? If not what is the lead-time? |
|
|
|
- National Form carries stock in selected
items and where we have made commitments to
customers to carry stock.
- Our short lead times have made it possible
for National Form to forego carrying
expensive inventories of hundreds of
products. Once drawings have been approved
National Form targets 1-2 weeks
manufacturing time prior to shipping out the
door to you.
- The larger the project the longer the
lead-time is the old cliché. While this is
still true at National Form you will have to
try us out to experience the improvements to
be experienced when dealing with National
Form. |

Do you provide on-site inspection? |
|
|
|
- National Form will provide on-site
inspection of the products manufactured by
National Form where there is a need for this
service. Our in-house quality control
assures customers of the optimum in product
quality shipped to the site and so we do not
include the cost of on-site visits in our
quotations.
- National Form, upon request, will provide
pricing for an on-site visit (flat fee +
expenses).
- Just call us to discuss your options and
you may find that out technical department,
quite likely, will be able to satisfy your
needs and thereby avoid the on-site
requirement. |

moulds? |

- National Form utilizes the correct
techniques to manufacture the Glass Fibre
Reinforced products, which you require to
ensure the utmost in quality. Whether it be
a rubber, silicone or fibreglass mould – we
manufacture on our own premises using our
highly skilled and experienced employees to
ensure the perfect fit for your creation
each and every time. |
